BASt Germany publishes new barely legal VRS list🇩🇪

The German „Bundesanstalt für Strassenwesen“ (BASt) has published the latest „Technische Übersichtsliste für Fahrzeugrückhaltesysteme in Deutschland“ (TÜL), which documents attitudes of roadside safety barriers. Borderline legal, BASt states that this list shall only be a list to support authorities and tendering planers. However, there is no way around the BASt and their TÜL to act on the market of roadside safety barriers and tenders in Germany. Legally, we have acted against the list and protectionism acts of BASt for more than 10 years. Due to the little support of EU commission and main players on the market, all manufacturers of roadside safety barriers are forced to play along. All our latest roadside safety barriers are listed on TÜL, as of published version of 03. March 2022. You will find our „passco L1 NEO“ as well as our steel-mixed with wood roadside safety barriers „PASSion L1“ and many more. In cooperation with the global player of crash cushions „AMS Italy“, we have for the first time also supported to list top-notch crash cushions for the German market. We thank „AMS Italy“ for the cooperation and trust to present the German market with newest roadside safety technologies.
